Dr ‘Femi is a motivational, talented, and interdisciplinary management professor and researcher. He uses his extensive experience and successful track record to drive and inspire students to pursue academic goals and personal excellence. He delivers lectures to undergraduate and postgraduate students in economics, applied business management and related modules. Dr ‘Femi impacts knowledge on his students through his distinctive combination of competencies drawn from over 20 years work experience providing strategic and technical leadership within academic, research and industrial domains. He consistently strives to create a challenging and engaging learning environment in which students become life-long scholars and learners.
He is passionate about learning new things and regularly participate in learning opportunities and research to ensure continual growth, broadening of his knowledge and experience base, and a deepening understanding of academic and business industry best practices and tools. Dr ‘Femi has exceptional track record of research success and has authored numerous articles published in prestigious journals. He has attended and presented academic papers in many academic conferences in Europe, United State, Canada, and the Pacific region. He has on many occasions being appointed a keynote speaker in some of the conferences.
He is a member of Research Association of New Zealand, The Institute of Management New Zealand and an Associate member of The Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (ACIPN) and Chartered Institute of Economics Nigeria (ACIEN). He is also on the Editorial board of Journal of Immigrant and Refugee Entrepreneurship. Dr ‘Femi is an executive board member (volunteering) of The Waitakere Ethnic Board (WEB), Auckland New Zealand.
