Dr. Valmira Osmanaj is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Information System at American University of the Middle East Kuwait. She received her PhD in Information System from the University of Tirana. Also, Dr. Osmanaj has an extensive experience in the coordination of public sector program and initiatives in the field of information society. Moreover, she has represented the Government of Albania in many regional and European Union forums, meeting and workshops. Her research interest includes: ICT project management, e-Government, e-Services, e-Learning and e-Participation.
