Sarwar Uddin Ahmed is a Professor of Finance and Director, BBA Program, School of Business, Independent University, Bangladesh. His research interests include environmental finance, green banking, corporate social performance, capital market, and relationship banking. Dr. Ahmed has authored over 75 articles, book chapters, reports and conference papers. He has jointly published three books: Cost-benefit Analysis (Springer 2006), Corporate Social Performance (LAP 2012), and Financial Management (Brothers 2015). Dr. Ahmed has a Ph.D. from Nagasaki University, Japan. He is currently in residence in UC Berkeley in Fall 2018 on a Fulbright Fellowship to conduct research at the Haas School of Business.
