Hooi Sin Soo is a senior lecturer at School of Business, Universiti Utara Malaysia. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Behaviour from Universiti Utara Malaysia. Her research area is related to mental health and behavioural changes. In particular, her work focussed on stress, psychological well-being, resilience, extraordinary behaviours, leadership and performance. She has published numerous articles in scholarly journals, proceedings, book chapter, and magazine, also regularly presented research papers at both national and international conferences. She is also supervising PhD and Master students in the areas of organizational behaviour and management.
