I am a PhD holder from School of Computing, Sciences and Engineering (CSE) studied Information Systems with specialism in e-commerce at the University of Salford. My principal research interest lies in the field of e-commerce with the differences between overseas and the UK regarding changes of customer behaviours. Also, the impact of different environments on customer behaviours in shopping in marketplace and online. A particular Interest in all kinds of communication. I developed a new framework that support B2C e-commerce. I have interest in the following areas: o Applying IT to research o Information systems o Strategies and Management o Socio-technical problems related to informatics o E-Commerce with the environmental influence o Informatics to promote sustainability o Qualitative research and Quantitative research I have published number of papers in e-commerce, customer behaviors and IS areas. Moreover, I have great background knowledge that formed from my wide spectrum of degrees which has helped develop an understanding of the evolution of human behaviours. I am currently working at University of Salford as an Academic staff teaching IT and DRP.
